Cancelation Policy

Salon Etiquette

We take pride in creating an atmosphere that is fun and relaxing for our clients. As staff and stylists, we do our best to provide this experience for you from start to finish. We kindly ask for the same respect in return. In the event you are running late, we give each client a 10 minute grace period. If you know that you will be running late and/or are stuck in a situation, please give us a call ASAP. (908)-874-3747 If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. We want to offer a full Renaissance experience for each client.

Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, for services over $150, we will ask to put a card on file.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Cancellations day of will be charged 50% of the service amount. Any appointments that are “No Show” will be subject to 100% charged. Our salon offers text confirmations for all appointments. This policy gives our staff the chance to fill their books.


To avoid any cancellation or rebooking fees, we kindly as that you prebook your next appointment at the end of your current service. We rely heavily on our system and make sure we send out reminders day of booking and when your appointment is approaching. If you are unable to make your appointment, please see cancellation policy above. If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a waitlist and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone or email. (908)-874-3747.
